OpenBVE News and Development (OBND) is an independent, nonprofit hobby group with no affiliation to any rail or transit agencies in the northeastern United States, including but not limited to the MTA, NJ Transit, SEPTA, Amtrak, or any other public or private rail organizations.
All activities and projects conducted by OBND are intended solely for educational and hobbyist purposes. Nothing we create or share is meant to interfere with, endanger, or disrupt real-world mass transit or railroad operations.
Any real-life content or recreations are developed using publicly available photographs, contributor-provided materials, or other sources, both known and unknown. OBND does not supervise or control the independent actions of individual members.
Any member found engaging in activities that interfere with rail operations, trespass on railroad property, or cause damage to transportation infrastructure will be subject to the appropriate legal consequences. OBND will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies if required.
Members and contributors are expected to exercise professional judgment, follow all applicable laws and safety regulations, and respect the integrity of real-world rail systems. OBND assumes no responsibility for individual actions outside of our official activities.
