🛠️ OBND Community Upload Agreement

Hi there!
Thank you for helping support the OBND community by sharing your content with others around the world.
Before submitting your add-on, please take a moment to read and agree to the following terms.
These guidelines help keep our community safe, fair, and free of issues for everyone involved.

1. Ownership & Permissions

You confirm that the content you upload is either your own original work or that you have obtained proper authorization from the original creator to modify, re-engineer, or share it on our platform.
If your upload includes assets created by others, please give appropriate credit to the original authors and sources.

2. Safety & Conduct

You agree not to upload malicious, harmful, or unsafe content. Any attempt to distribute dangerous or harmful material will result in immediate termination of your account with no appeal process.

3. Moderation & Approval

All uploads go through a moderation process and may or may not be approved based on our review.
If you believe a decision was made in error, you are welcome to appeal and reupload for reconsideration.

4. Content Removal

Uploaded content may be removed at any time if a valid complaint is received or if a re-review finds it violates these terms.
We understand creators value their work, so we will only remove uploads when necessary or after a confirmed report.

5. Liability & Responsibility

OBND is not responsible for any recovery of hosted content due to data loss or technical failures.
By uploading, you acknowledge that all content is shared at your own discretion and risk.

6. License & Usage Rights

By uploading, you grant OBND permission to host, display, and distribute your content within the platform.
You retain full ownership of your work unless stated otherwise.

7. Content Standards

Uploaded content must remain appropriate, respectful, and lawful.
Any upload containing offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material will be rejected or removed without notice.

8. Policy Updates

OBND may update or revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the upload feature constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.
